Crm Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from patients regarding appointments, test information, reports, and general inquiries.
• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, feedback collection, and promotional healthcare campaigns.
• Address patient queries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain confidentiality of patient information

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0-1 years of experience in Customer Care, CRM, Call Centre, Customer Support, Healthcare, or Diagnostics.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
