- The right attitude above all: an entrepreneurial, solutions-driven mindset with a genuine interest in CRM and a strong sense of ownership

- Calendar & Volume Management – You'll help manage the CRM sending calendar and coordinate the volume and timing of feature announcements and messages, keeping momentum even during high-volume periods
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – You'll work closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams to design and deliver ad hoc communications and automated workflows that support partner engagement and conversion
- Learning HubSpot In Depth – You'll build genuine proficiency in HubSpot's Marketing Hub, learning best practices and CRM logic from the CRM Manager as you grow into greater ownership over time
- Process & Best Practices – You'll follow CRM best practices, keeping campaigns aligned with data hygiene standards and compliance requirements
- Reporting & Insights – You'll track the performance of your owned campaigns and prepare regular updates for the CRM Manager, sharing learnings and ideas for improvement
- This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver
- You'll report directly to the Head of Product
