CRM Executive

• Manage and maintain customer, dealer, and distributor records in the CRM system.
• Handle incoming customer and dealer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding customer requirements, orders, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track sales orders and coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team for timely delivery.
• Follow up with dealers/distributors regarding pending orders and payments, as required.
• Maintain records of new and existing dealers, distributors, farmers, and customers.
• Update customer and sales-related information accurately in Excel/CRM software.
• Monitor customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for timely resolution.
• Prepare sales and customer-related MIS reports for management.
• Follow up with the sales team for pending information, market updates, and customer feedback.
• Assist the Sales Team in maintaining proper documentation and records.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company and customer information.
• Perform other CRM and sales coordination activities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
