Job Summary

We are looking for a polite, disciplined, and responsible Telecaller / CRM Executive to handle customer calls, follow-ups, CRM updates, lead tracking, and site visit coordination while supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Call new leads and understand basic customer requirements.
• Follow up with interested customers on time.
• Maintain CRM updates, lead status, and customer remarks.
• Coordinate site visits with customers and the sales team.
• Share daily follow-up and lead update reports.
• Support the sales team with customer coordination.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polite and professional telephone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable using CRM and MS Excel.
• Good follow-up discipline and time management.
• Strong organizational and customer-handling skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

• Female candidates are preferred.
• Candidates with real estate calling experience will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Candidates should be sincere, organized, and responsible.
• Ability to maintain customer data and coordinate smoothly with the sales team.
