Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client communication and regular follow-ups

Capture and resolve escalations within defined timelines

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Manage scope changes and update PI accordingly

Conduct weekly client check-ins and maintain records

Support collections and track payments

Generate references and testimonials from clients

Key Skills:

Strong communication & follow-up skills

Good coordination and problem-solving ability

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable with Google Sheets & reporting tools
