Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Role: CRM Executive

Salary: Up to 35,000/- per month in hand

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Sunday: Fixed Off

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle student queries and issues over calls, chats & emails

* Resolve student grievances related to academics and curriculum

* Handle escalations and cancellation requests

* Work towards student retention

* Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions

* Follow up with students to ensure resolution

* Handle emails and program-related requests

* Maintain professional communication with students

Candidate Profile:

* Graduate / MBA preferred

* Good verbal and written communication skills

* Experience in CRM, Customer Support, Student Support, EdTech, BPO or Education preferred

* Freshers with excellent communication skills can also be considered

* Immediate joiners preferred
