What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Receiving and answering customer/broker/insurer/corporates queries and responding
- Liaising with internal and external teams to provide resolution to customer queries and concerns
- Facilitating claims process by receiving and updating the claim documents in system
- Following escalation process to get the queries or concerns resolved
- Preparation and submission of daily, weekly, monthly reports as sought by the Team leader
- Meet parameters laid down in performance scorecard.
- Maintain excellent relations with internal and external stakeholders with the objectives of One FHPL and Customer centricity
- The candidate must be a team player.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduated candidate with relevant experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
