Crm Executive

Hi All,

We are looking for a CRM Executive/Associate with experience in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, and relationship management. The candidate will manage the complete client lifecycle from lead generation to business closure and post-sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Identify and acquire new B2B clients.
• Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM records.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Handle client queries, AMC renewals, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Prepare regular sales and client MIS reports.

Requirements

• MBA mandatory.
• 1 or 2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / CRM / Client Servicing.
• Service industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in client meetings and business closure.
