CRM Executive

We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive to join our team in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant CRM experience specifically in the jewellery industry and be skilled in customer relationship management, follow-ups, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer relationships and CRM databases.
• Handle customer follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records, purchase history, and interaction details.
• Follow up with existing customers for repeat purchases, new collections, offers, and events.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve customer engagement and conversions.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Track leads and follow-ups and ensure timely closure.
• Prepare regular CRM reports and customer activity reports.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications

• Effectively manage customer interactions, track leads, and enhance customer relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with HNI clientele.
• A keen understanding of the luxury and lifestyle sector, including the latest industry trends and customer preferences.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Must have skills:

• Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of jewelry trends and styles
• Experience in the luxury industry and in sales.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
