*Location:* Vamsiram Jyothi Valencia, 3rd Floor, Road No. 2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Handle customer calls, enquiries, orders, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Take orders from existing customers and ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Monitor urgent orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Keep customers updated on order progress, dispatch schedules, and delivery status.
• Obtain necessary customer clearance/confirmation before dispatching orders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Accounts, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Track dispatches, deliveries, pending requirements, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Follow up with customers for pending payments after order delivery.
• Maintain and update CRM data regularly.
• Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

*Qualification & Experience*

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: 2–5 Years
• Skills: Good communication, customer coordination, follow-up skills, MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
