CRM Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and upselling existing products/services.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance, call volume, and quality metrics.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with expertise in inbound voice process (customer care/telesales).
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proficiency in making outbound calls for lead generation and conversion into paying customers.
