CRM Executive

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
• Explain products/services, offers, and relevant information to customers.
• Generate new leads through calling and follow up with existing leads.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer information.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, or product/service demonstrations when required.
• Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM/database.
• Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams for lead conversion and customer requirements.
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate information or solutions.
• Prepare basic daily/weekly calling and lead reports.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
