CRM Executive – Blended Process

​Job Title: CRM Executive – Customer Support (Blended Process: Voice / Chat / Email) ​

Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In-person (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (In-Hand)

​Job Description: ​We are hiring an energetic and dynamic CRM Executive for our Blended Process (Inbound/Outbound Calls, Chat, and Email support). If you have excellent communication skills in English and a passion for customer service, we would love to meet you.

​Key Responsibilities: ​Manage customer queries, feedback, and escalations via Voice, Chat, and Email. ​Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right CRM tools and methods. ​Maintain high customer satisfaction standards and resolve issues in a timely manner. ​Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

​Eligibility & Requirements: ​Experience: Minimum 1+ year of recent experience in customer service / CRM (Voice/Blended process). ​Education: HSC (12th Pass) & Above / Graduate. ​Excellent ENGLISH.

Age Limit: 21 – 33 Years. ​Language Skills: Excellent command over spoken and written English. ​Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts. ​Shift & Working Days: ​Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-Offs. ​Shift Timing: 24/7 Rotational Shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
