Role: CRM Executive Location: Udyog Nagar, Delhi (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time, PermanentSalary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on skills and experience)Working Days: Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM( Day Shift)
Role Summary: As a CRM Executive at ADC, you will act as a bridge between customers and internal technical teams. You will handle customer enquiries, technical complaints, order coordination, and dispatch follow-ups while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. The role requires strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to coordinate effectively with Production, Quality, Accounts, and Dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and technical discussions related to products and applications.
• Understand engineering drawings, product specifications, defects, and quality concerns.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, and Tool Room to investigate complaints and identify root causes.
• Track and ensure closure of complaints through Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Share accurate updates with customers regarding production status, inspection approvals, and dispatch timelines.
• Follow up internally for priority orders, rework, and schedule adherence.
• Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and maintain pricing records.
• Follow up on RFQs, sample developments, and new project requirements.
• Coordinate with Accounts for invoices, delivery challans, and outstanding payment follow-ups.
• Maintain complete CRM records including call logs, issue tracking, and status updates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer complaints, OTIF performance, and closures.

Highest Educational Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or relevant technical stream) Preferred
• Graduates with strong technical aptitude may also be considered.

Experience : 1 to 3 years of experience Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of basic engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and defect identification.
• Ability to explain technical issues to customers clearly and confidently.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM entries, Microsoft Excel, and documentation handling.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills across Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Accounts departments.
• Problem-solving mindset with ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer priorities efficiently.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
