About the Role:
We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage client relationships and provide end-to-end support to customers throughout the property buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client communication and resolve customer queries.
• Manage post-sales and customer relationship activities.
• Coordinate property documentation, agreements, payments and related formalities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and other internal teams for smooth transaction processing.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending documents, payments and other requirements.
• Assist clients throughout the booking and possession process.
• Prepare regular CRM reports and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in Real Estate CRM.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Knowledge of real estate documentation and processes.
• Good command of MS Excel and CRM software.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate joiners / candidates with relevant real estate experience will be preferred.
