Crm Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site CRM Executive role based in Pune City. The CRM Executive will manage and update customer databases, track interactions, and ensure accurate records across the customer lifecycle. The role includes responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and supporting initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The CRM Executive will monitor customer feedback, assist in developing customer retention campaigns, and generate regular reports on customer experience and engagement. The position also involves supporting sales teams with CRM tools, analyzing customer trends, and suggesting improvements to processes and communication.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Experience and Customer Retention, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret CRM data, customer behavior, and trends, and to support data-driven decision-making.
• Basic to intermediate Sales understanding to support lead management, follow-ups, and cross-functional collaboration with sales teams.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Pune City.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; experience in facility management or services industry is an advantage.
