CRM Executive

We are currently looking to hire experienced professionals for the role of CRM Executive.

Key Responsibilities

* Follow up with customers for scheduled payments, outstanding dues, and pending collections as per the agreed payment plan.

* Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp regarding upcoming and overdue payments.

* Prepare and send payment reminders, demand letters, payment schedules, and collection-related communications.

* Maintain accurate customer-wise records of payments received, outstanding balances, due dates, and collection status.

* Coordinate with the Accounts and Finance teams for payment confirmation, reconciliation, and receipt generation.

* Ensure that customer payments are correctly mapped against the respective unit and booking.

* Update collection details and customer interactions regularly in the CRM software/MIS.

* Track daily, weekly, and monthly collections and prepare collection reports for management.

* Follow up on cheque payments, bank transfers, loan disbursements, and other pending payment commitments.

* Coordinate with banks and customers for home-loan disbursement documentation wherever required.

* Assist customers with queries related to payment schedules, outstanding amounts, receipts, GST, TDS, and account statements, while coordinating with the concerned department when necessary.

* Identify delayed payments and escalate long-pending cases to the senior CRM/Collections team.

* Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, Accounts, Legal, and Projects teams whenever customer payment issues require internal clarification.

* Maintain proper documentation of payment commitments and customer communication.

* Support the CRM team during agreement, registration, possession, and handover stages by ensuring payment-related requirements are completed.

* Assist in reconciliation of customer ledgers and highlight discrepancies to the Accounts team.

* Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers while maintaining consistent payment follow-ups.

* Support senior management with collection MIS, ageing reports, pending payment reports, and project-wise collection updates.

Candidate Requirements

* Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

* 2–3 years of experience in CRM, customer collections, accounts receivable, or real-estate collections preferred.

* Candidates with experience in a real-estate developer/company will be preferred.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Comfortable making regular customer follow-up calls.

* Basic understanding of payment schedules, invoices, receipts, customer ledgers, GST, and TDS will be an advantage.

* Good working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.

* Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

* Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple customers simultaneously.

* Professional, patient, and customer-oriented approach.
