CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, messages, and queries.
• Maintain and update customer details in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers and leads regularly.
• Enter and maintain customer and lead data accurately.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups.
• Keep track of customer interactions and follow-up status.
• Assist in resolving basic customer queries and issues.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain CRM records.
• Ensure all customer information is updated properly.
• Support the team in day-to-day CRM activities.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate politely with customers.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn CRM software and processes.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers can apply.
• Good communication and basic computer skills preferred.
