CRM Executive

About the Role
We are a Garments manufacturing company, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate orders, and ensure smooth communication between the company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Order to Delivery Coordination – Track orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timelines are met
• Telecalling – Make and receive calls to clients for order updates, follow-ups, and issue resolution
• Clarifications & Follow-Ups – Address client queries promptly and follow up on pending matters
• Payment Follow-Up & Support – Coordinate with clients on payment schedules and outstanding dues
• Client Communication & Record Keeping – Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and communications
• Complaint Handling – Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or telecalling (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in outbound/inbound calling
• Proficiency in MS Excel preferred
• Ability to multitask and manage client records systematically
• Fluency in Bengali and Hindi/English preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
