CRM EXECUTIVE - 01
Qualification:Graduate in any stream
Exp. - 1-3 years in CRM/ CUSTOMER Relationship Management preferred
Required skill:-
Good ,polite communication & interpersonal skills
Customer handling and relationship management with strong follow up skill
Communicate, writing & speaking
Ability to understand the circumstances and act accordingly
Knowledge of products
Ability to maintain Customer record and reports
always awareness on call
Key Responsibilities:-
Acting a point of contact between customer and company
Maintain regular followup with customer, Payment collection
Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing order
Cordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
Prepare daily,weekly, monthly CRM REPORTS
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
