Your Quest

We are looking for a highly organized and eager-to-learn CRM Executive to join our fast-paced marketing team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to build a career in customer relationship management, digital marketing, and e-commerce.

You will support the broader CRM team in the day-to-day execution, testing, and reporting of our email campaigns. While you don't need years of experience, you do need an incredible eye for detail and a strong willingness to learn our customer data platform, Bloomreach Engagement. You will get hands-on training and the opportunity to grow your technical and marketing skills in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Support: Assist the Campaign Managers in the daily setup, build, and scheduling of promotional and lifecycle email campaigns.
• Quality Assurance (QA): Act as the final line of defense before emails are sent. Meticulously check links, spelling, pricing, dynamic tags, and rendering across mobile and desktop devices.
• Asset Management: Coordinate with the design and copywriting teams to ensure all images, banners, and text are ready and formatted correctly for daily campaign builds.
• Basic Reporting: Pull daily and weekly performance reports (Open Rates, Click-Through Rates) to help the team understand how campaigns are performing.
• List Management: Assist with audience segmentation and basic database hygiene tasks to ensure we are targeting the right customers.

What You Bring

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience. Recent graduates with degrees in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or individuals with previous internships in digital marketing are highly encouraged to apply.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous, eagle-eyed approach to your work. You are the kind of person who spots a typo from a mile away.
• Tech-Savvy & Curious: While prior experience with tools like Bloomreach Engagement, MessageGears, or other ESPs is a bonus, a proactive attitude toward learning new marketing platforms is essential.
• Analytical Basics: Comfortable looking at numbers and understanding basic marketing metrics.
• Coding Knowledge: Must have HTML and CSS skills to a decent standard, with the ability to confidently edit, build, and troubleshoot email code across various email clients and devices.
• Attributes: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle tight daily deadlines, and isn't afraid to ask questions.
