CRM Executive

Job Summary

To serve as the main contact between customers and the company, managing professional relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

Manage corporate B2B customer accounts independently to maintain strong business relationships

Respond promptly to individual B2C customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction

Communicate clearly with customers to resolve operational issues efficiently

Proactively contact customers to collect feedback and identify opportunities to enhance service quality

Complete administrative and paperwork tasks accurately during downtime to support team operations

Perform additional duties assigned by the Line Manager to support business needs

Required competencies and certifications

Use basic computer functions, including MS Office Suite, to complete daily tasks efficiently

Apply strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers and team members

Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills and adapt beyond current job scope as needed
