*HIRING: CRM EXECUTIVE - REAL ESTATE*
*Company:* D-Expo Realty / Dream Expo
*Location:* Koramangala, Bangalore - Work From Office
*Preference: In & around Koramangala preferred
*Job Role (100% Office Work):*
Handling customer queries via call/email/WhatsApp from office
Managing post-sales: Booking to Registration to Handover
Maintaining booking forms, agreements, demand letters, receipts
Updating CRM software & Excel database
Payment follow-ups and coordination with Sales/Accounts/Legal
*Requirements:*
1-4 Years experience in Real Estate CRM is mandatory
Good communication in English, Hindi & Kannada
Knowledge of MS Excel & CRM tools
Graduate, with good customer handling skills
Bangalore based - Koramangala & nearby preferred
Immediate joiner preferred
