Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and update customer data in CRM systems
• Handle inbound and outbound client calls, follow-ups, and inquiries
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and site teams
• Track leads, site visits, bookings, and customer interactions
• Ensure timely communication with clients regarding project updates
• Handle post-sales coordination and customer support
• Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and customer feedback
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage)
• 0–3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Support / Sales Coordination
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and basic documentation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Experience in real estate CRM is a plus
