Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer communication, follow-ups, CRM updates, and sales coordination. The candidate will coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, emails, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer and enquiry details in the CRM.
Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
¢ Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Logistics, and Accounts teams.
¢ Track orders and provide timely updates to customers.
¢ Record and coordinate customer complaints and feedback.
¢ Maintain daily/weekly CRM and customer-related reports

• Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and future requirements, repeat business.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.

Desired Candidate Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce or related field.
Experience: 2-4 years experience in sales coordination, marketing coordination.
