Are you organized, customer-focused, and good at managing leads and client relationships? We’re looking for a CRM Executive to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up with leads
- Maintain customer records and CRM data
- Coordinate with the sales team
- Track enquiries and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare basic reports and update CRM systems
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Freshers can apply
- Prior CRM/Sales experience is a plus
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
