Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, coordinate with sales and service teams, track enquiries and follow-ups, and ensure timely communication with clients. The candidate will act as an important link between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

• Maintain and regularly update customer and lead information in the CRM system.

• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, service requirements and pending matters.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Projects, Accounts and Operations teams for timely resolution of customer requirements.

• Track leads, enquiries, quotations, orders and customer follow-ups.

• Coordinate with customers regarding site visits, installation, service and maintenance schedules.

• Keep customers updated about order status, project progress, delivery and service timelines.

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for timely resolution.

• Maintain proper records of customer communication, complaints and service requests.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly CRM/MIS reports.

• Monitor pending follow-ups and ensure timely closure.

• Collect customer feedback and communicate important issues to the management.

• Support the sales team in lead management, quotation follow-up and customer coordination.

• Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Identify opportunities for repeat business, AMC/service requirements and additional HVAC&R solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–6 years of experience in CRM, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, Service Coordination or a similar role.

• Experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, Engineering, Projects, Facility Management or B2B industries will be an advantage.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email communication.

• Familiarity with CRM software will be preferred.

• Should be organized, responsible and capable of handling multiple customer requirements.

• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

• Should have a professional and customer-friendly approach.
