Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day CRM activities and customer coordination.
• Handle customer orders, inquiries, quotations, sales documentation and order status.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Planning, Dispatch, Finance and Logistics teams.
• Update and maintain customer and order information in CRM / SAP.
• Prepare sales reports, order status reports and MIS reports.
• Monitor order processing from order receipt to dispatch and delivery.
• Follow up with internal departments for timely execution of customer requirements.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communication, orders and commercial documents.
• Support the sales team with regular updates on pending orders, dispatches and customer requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy in SAP and CRM systems.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in CRM / Sales Coordination.
• Hands-on experience in SAP is mandatory.
• Experience with CRM software / ERP systems preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Pharma, Chemical, Specialty Chemical or related manufacturing industries will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of order management, customer coordination and sales documentation.
• Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
