CRM Executive

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to drive customer engagement, retention and lifecycle performance across multiple brands and markets.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is data-driven, detail-oriented and experienced in CRM and marketing automation .

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute personalised campaigns across email, push, in-app, WhatsApp and SMS .
• Create lifecycle journeys covering onboarding, conversion, retention, reactivation and winback .
• Build customer segments using behavioural, transactional and lifecycle data.
• Track campaign performance, run A/B tests , and optimise based on results.
• Manage communication frequency and customer targeting across channels.
• Partner with Product and Data teams to improve tracking, customer events and CRM capabilities.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage, Iterable or Salesforce Marketing Cloud .
• Strong understanding of CRM, lifecycle marketing, segmentation and automation .
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and customer behaviour.
• Experience in e-commerce is preferred.
• GCC market experience and exposure to Arabic/English campaigns is a plus.
