CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, complaints, and service requests through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Maintain and update customer data, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers regarding purchases, orders, exchanges, and services.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Coordinate with stores, sales, e-commerce, and other teams to resolve customer issues.
• Track customer feedback and identify areas for improving customer experience.
• Prepare regular CRM reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, retail, or a similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, WhatsApp, and other customer communication platforms.
• Experience in the fashion/apparel or retail industry will be preferred.
• Customer-focused, organized, and proactive approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
