CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Freshsales), keeping customer data accurate, clean, and up to date
• Segment customers based on behaviour, demographics, and purchase history
• Plan and execute email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notification campaigns
• Build and monitor automated workflows such as onboarding, abandoned cart, renewal, and win-back journeys
• Track campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversion, churn, retention) and prepare regular reports
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to keep customer data and messaging consistent
• Resolve customer queries and escalations related to CRM communications
• Run loyalty, referral, and re-engagement programs
• Conduct A/B tests and recommend improvements from the results
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and communication regulations (e.g., DPDP Act, TRAI/DND norms)

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
