CRM Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve customer queries, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate with the Legal Team for documentation and legal-related matters.
• Coordinate registration activities and ensure timely completion of registration processes.
• Coordinate with the Accounts Team regarding customer payment-related matters.
• Coordinate with the Development Team for project and customer-related requirements.
• Follow up with the Liaison Team on pending approvals, processes, and status updates.
• Maintain proper follow-up records and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in any discipline; additional qualification in business, management, or real estate is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and customer relationship management systems.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Professional approach, patience, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
