Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CRM professional to drive customer engagement, retention, and repeat purchases across our retail stores, franchise outlets, and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop CRM strategies and manage customer lifecycle campaigns.
• Drive customer retention, repeat purchases, cross-selling, and reactivation.
• Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance.
• Track CRM revenue and prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Retail, Franchise, E-commerce, and IT teams.
• Present CRM insights and performance updates to management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in CRM, retail, e-commerce, or customer analytics.
• Experience in customer segmentation, retention campaigns, or loyalty programmes preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding.
