About Us
Mobius Bloom is a technology startup building AI-first software for businesses. Our products are Whalexy (WhatsApp Business API automation with AI) and Mobius EMS (AI-assisted attendance, payroll and workforce management).

The Role
You will own the customer journey after the sale, from onboarding to renewals, making sure every business using Whalexy or Mobius EMS gets real value and stays with us.

What You’ll Do

• Onboard new customers with setup, walkthroughs, and training
• Be the main point of contact for assigned accounts and resolve queries quickly
• Track account health and reach out to at-risk or inactive customers
• Manage renewals, follow-ups, and upsell opportunities with the sales team
• Keep customer records updated in the CRM
• Collect feedback and bug reports and share them with the product team
• Report on retention, churn, and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years in customer success, account management, or client servicing (SaaS preferred)
• Excellent English and Hindi communication
• Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Freshsales, or similar)
• Strong follow-up discipline and ability to handle multiple accounts
• Ability to explain a product simply to non-technical business owners
