Opportunity Overview Our client is a UK ecommerce brand focused on growing customer lifetime value. This full-time, ongoing opportunity owns customer data and lifecycle journeys across email, SMS and push. It is an internal position working closely with the marketing or retention lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Hygiene - Keep CRM data clean, accurate and well structured.
• Customer Segmentation - Build segments that target customers by behaviour and value.
• Lifecycle Campaigns - Run lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS and push.
• Journey Automation - Set up automations and journey triggers in the CRM platform.
• Retention Reporting - Report on retention, LTV and repeat purchase rate.
• Campaign QA - Test and QA every journey before it goes live.

Qualifications

• English Fluency - Fluent, excellent written and spoken English is mandatory for this role.
• CRM Experience - Bring 2+ years of hands-on CRM or retention marketing experience.
• Platform Expertise - Demonstrate practical experience in Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze or similar.
• Segmentation Skills - Build accurate segments from customer data.
• Lifecycle Knowledge - Understand customer lifecycle stages and retention metrics.
• Attention to Detail - Maintain accuracy across data and automations.
