Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive with a strong background in the jewellery export industry. The candidate will be responsible for order processing, invoicing, pricing, vendor follow-ups, and client coordination to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle order processing and order management.
• Prepare invoices and manage billing documentation.
• Coordinate pricing, costing, and quotations.
• Follow up with vendors for orders, deliveries, and pending requirements.
• Coordinate with clients regarding orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and queries.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and client communications.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order execution.
• Follow up on pending orders, payments, and deliveries as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in the jewellery export industry is mandatory.
• Experience in CRM, order processing, invoicing, pricing, and client coordination.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant business software.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.

Salary

Up to ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
