Job Description

We are looking for a customer-oriented and approachable CRM Executive to enhance customer satisfaction, build long-term relationships, and provide personalized assistance to customers visiting our jewellery showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Explain jewellery savings schemes, their benefits, terms, and conditions to customers.
• Understand customer preferences and guide them towards suitable jewellery schemes based on their needs and budget.
• Follow up with customers regarding scheme enrolments, payments, enquiries, and upcoming visits.
• Resolve customer concerns patiently and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records accurately.
• Coordinate with the sales team to address customer concerns and improve service quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Pleasant personality with a friendly attitude and a customer-first approach.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Tamil is mandatory; English and Malayalam are preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.
• Freshers are welcome; relevant experience is an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in CRM, jewellery showrooms, retail stores, or malls are preferred.
• Candidates residing within 5–10 km of the showroom are preferred.
• Updated resume and recent passport-size photograph are compulsory.
