Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain customer records, follow up on leads, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Track leads, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to resolve customer queries.
• Maintain daily reports and customer databases.
• Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team with lead management and customer coordination.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 0–2 years; freshers can also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and computers.
• Ability to manage customer data and follow up systematically.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Salary

As per company standards and candidate experience.

Work Schedule

Full-time, on-site.
