Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible CRM Executive to manage customer queries, maintain customer records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments for timely issue resolution.
• Track customer orders, pending requests, and service updates.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Maintain proper documentation and customer communication records.

Required Skills

• Mandatory: Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer knowledge and email handling.

Experience & Qualification

• Experience: 1–2 years in CRM, customer service, or data management preferred.
• Qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
• Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office.
