Roles and Responsibilities

Prasun Associates is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented CRM Executive with a strong background in the real estate industry to manage end-to-end post-sales operations, customer relationships, payment collections, documentation, possession formalities, and broker/DSA coordination.

The candidate will act as a key liaison between customers, sales, accounts, legal, banking, and technical teams, ensuring smooth post-sales operations, timely collections, accurate reporting, and a seamless customer experience from booking through possession and beyond..

• Manage CRM data, including lead generation, sales coordination, inside sales, and sales administration.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Legal, Construction, and Site teams to resolve customer queries.

• Manage end-to-end post-sales communication and maintain professional relationships with customers throughout the property purchase journey.

• Follow up on pending documents, agreements, payments, and other customer-related formalities.

• Assist customers with registration, possession letters, handover documentation, and related procedures.

• Ensure smooth coordination during the possession and handover process.

• Mandatory: Prior experience in the real estate industry is compulsory.

• Experience in CRM, post-sales, customer service, or possession coordination with a real estate developer is preferred.
