CRM Executive

• Manage customer databases and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, payments, and pending issues.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Track customer interactions, leads, feedback, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions and CRM activities.
• Ensure timely communication with customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and support customer retention initiatives.
• Update customer information and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Customer-oriented approach with attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, sales coordination, or a similar role.
