CRM Executive

We are looking for a Jewellery CRM Executive to manage CRM activities, customer follow-ups, and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer & lead data in CRM.
• Make customer calls and handle enquiries & follow-ups.
• Should have knowledge of jewellery products and designs.
• Distribute leads among the Sales Team and coordinate for timely action.
• Take follow-ups from the Sales Team and update lead status in CRM.
• Track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales updates.

Requirements

• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• English, Hindi & Gujarati proficiency.
• Good computer & CRM knowledge.
• Jewellery industry experience preferred.
