This role is dedicated exclusively to the Austen & Blake brand.

About The Role

As a CRM Executive you will manage the day-to-day CRM operations, executing multi-channel global customer campaigns (email, SMS), building stronger and deeper relationships with our customers to increase engagement, retention and customer value. You will collaborate closely with buying & merch, marketing and retail through effective CRM strategies and data driven insights. You will need to demonstrate excellent commercial skills combined with proven CRM experience, particularly focused on email and mobile app push communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Responsible for the brief, build, test and delivery of email, SMS and all automated life cycle campaigns (flows) using tools like Klaviyo & Attentive aligning with wider teams to support business objectives
• Database Management: Maintain and clean the CRM database through regular deduplication, data imports, and quality audits.
• Customer Segmentation: Build and update targeted customer lists based on behaviour, purchase history, and lifecycle stages.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI) and prepare regular performance reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with retail, creative and customer service teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless customer journey
• Compliance: Ensure all database and communication practices follow data protection and privacy regulations (such as GDPR).

• Enthusiasm, energy and determination to achieve results, including those achieved through influence on related teams
• Numerate and analytical and be able to provide insights
• Excellent communication skills
• Educated to degree level
• Experience in working with an email / SMS service provider
• Experience in working with data analysis and segmentation
• Experience in the retail sector is desirable, though not essential
• Strong project management – ability to manage and deliver several campaigns at the same time
