CRM Executive

Location: Gurugram, India
Experience: Minimum 3 years in the solar industry
Salary: Up to 6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho) to manage customer data and track interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Prepare and deliver presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate product offerings and services.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Assist in the development and execution of customer retention strategies.
• Provide training and support to customers on CRM software usage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM roles, specifically within the solar industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
