CRM Executive - Marketing

Job Summary

Responsible for handling enquiries and leads received through digital marketing and other channels. Contacts prospective patients, provides information on hospital services and doctors, and schedules appointments after confirming doctor availability. Conducts timely follow-ups to improve appointment attendance and conversions. Maintains accurate lead, appointment and follow-up records in the CRM system and coordinates with doctors, OPD and other hospital departments for patient requirements. Tracks lead status, conversions, no-shows and follow-up outcomes, and prepares regular reports for the marketing team. Requires professional communication, strong interpersonal and coordination skills, consistent follow-up, and basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
