CRM Executive (Real Estate Development)

Full job description

We are hiring an experienced CRM Executive with strong knowledge of real estate developer operations and hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate will manage lead flow, optimize sales pipelines, and ensure efficient follow-up processes across our real estate sales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily CRM operations and data in Zoho.
• Build and maintain real estate sales pipelines
• Assign leads to sales agents based on rules and priorities
• Ensure timely follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Monitor lead status and prevent leakage of opportunities
• Create CRM reports and performance dashboards for management
• Coordinate between marketing and sales teams
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM database
• Support automation workflows (reminders, alerts, auto-assign leads)

Requirements

• Proven experience using Zoho CRM
• Experience in real estate developer
• Strong understanding of real estate sales process
• Ability to manage CRM pipelines and workflows
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Experience in real estate brokerage or developer company
• Knowledge of Dubai property portals (Bayut, Property Finder)
• Experience improving lead conversion through CRM optimization

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
