CRM Functional Specialist

We're looking for a CRM Functional Specialist to join our Digital Technology team and help shape, optimise, and enhance the platforms that support exceptional client experiences.

In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve CRM processes, translate business needs into practical solutions, and support the ongoing evolution of our Salesforce environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring our CRM platform continues to deliver value across the customer lifecycle while enabling teams to work more effectively.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving business challenges, improving systems, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes through technology.

What you'll be doing:

• Identifying opportunities to improve CRM processes, functionality, and user experience.
• Partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend practical solutions.
• Translating requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
• Supporting CRM configuration, testing, release management, and implementation activities.
• Collaborating with technical teams on integrations, data management, and solution design.
• Maintaining system documentation, process maps, and user guides.
• Providing functional support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.
• Supporting training, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for:

• Experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms and associated business processes.
• Strong understanding of lead management, opportunity management, customer servicing, and reporting.
• Experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, automation, validation rules, reporting, and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with business and technology teams.
• Understands and upholds good AI principles, accuracy, fairness, transparency and data privacy in day-to-day platform work.
• A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
