Job Description
- Assist on CRM data analysis, pre-process relevant data for monthly CRM reports
- Managedata quality related requirements, provide monthly updates and summary
- Work with retail team to handle customer requests and complete system operations
- Support team on event RSVP and event result tracking
- Other daily department administrative tasks
Requirements & Capabilities
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in using Power BI, python, SQL is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, well-organized, detail-minded with strong ownership
- Relevant industry or data related internship experience is preferred
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Minimum 4 days per week, and 6 months above
