CSDirekt is a techno-creative agency with 25+ years of experience in museums, science centres, planetariums, light and sound shows, projection mapping, immersive experiences and large-scale exhibitions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a CRM Intern to maintain client and project data on Zoho CRM and internal task trackers, and to support the team with day-to-day client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update and maintain client, lead and project records on Zoho CRM accurately and on time.

• Update task trackers and follow up with internal teams on pending actions.

• Coordinate with clients over email and phone for updates, documents and follow-ups.

• Prepare basic reports, trackers and summaries in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Keep records organised and flag any missing or inconsistent data.

Requirements

• Graduate/Undergrad in any discipline

• 0–1 year of experience. Freshers are welcome.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of and efficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with Zoho CRM or any task-tracking tool is a plus.

• Attention to detail, a sense of ownership, and the ability to meet deadlines.
