CRM Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Assist the sales team in tracking leads and opportunities.
• Coordinate with customers regarding meetings, requirements, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain quotations, proposals, and basic sales documents.
• Update daily CRM activities, lead status, and follow-up records.
• Assist in generating reports related to leads, customers, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer requirements.
• Support customer onboarding and maintain proper documentation.
• Handle routine customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
• Perform other CRM and sales-related activities as assigned.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of CRM and sales processes.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic written and verbal English communication.

Eligibility

• MBA/BBA/B.Com or any relevant graduate/postgraduate student or fresher.
• Candidates interested in CRM, Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management are preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
